What It Is

One flight simulator rig inside the Academy Sim Lounge in Tampa. You fly on a big curved screen, with more games on the way.

You fly with a force feedback flight stick, a throttle quadrant and rudder pedals. You feel the stick push back as you fly. In the jet, the throttle has an afterburner.

You can restart or switch flights any time during your hour. If a landing goes wrong, try it again.

Not an FAA-approved simulator

This is an entertainment flight simulator. It is not an FAA-approved training device, so time on it can't be logged toward a pilot certificate or rating, and it does not replace lessons with a flight instructor.
